Paramount Health Options (PHO) works to ensure providers and their staff are up to date with the latest information in the health care industry. In 2017, PHO launched Paramount University as the advanced education arm of PHO. Paramount University provides training and development for office staff by hosting experts who help each practice be successful. Annual education surveys help Paramount University plan customized courses based upon providers training needs. PHO also digitally records many training sessions so offices can present the training to their staff at a time that works best for each clinic.
