When standard payer appeal processes are unsuccessful, PHO provider services will escalate the claim and pursue resolution on your behalf. This service has collected over $1 million of additional payment to clinics and facilities in the past two years. PHO's claims resolution program is a benefit of membership and takes no contingency fee on any claims reprocessed on the provider's behalf.
